With over 40 years of combined experience, our quality team operates throughout the Atlanta metro area providing our customers a service focused on reducing the stress and risk of streamlining the home-building process. We have a diverse, creative, resourceful, and eco-friendly group of designers, architects, engineers, project managers, and technicians committed to guide our clients and be there for them every step of the way. Our mission is to create homes that people love living in, by being sustainability-conscious, providing transparency in our pricing and quality of our services.
We build homes with their own character, for the buyer who appreciates forested settings, unconventional entryways, and vaulted ceilings. Our designs are characterized by ultra-open social areas that flow effortlessly, clean simple lines, a minimum of decoration, lots of glass, and flat or shed rooflines.
Our team looks to maximize materials while featuring an expanded layout and an abundance of natural light. High and low windows are intended to take advantage of passive cooling. We want to make homes that not only look beautiful but also, feel gracefully comfortable over time.
